Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. The IMES Benefit Evaluator uses only what it needs to sign you in and run the Service securely — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we use

• Essential / authentication — set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in and protect your session. The Service will not work without these.
• Local storage — small amounts of data your browser stores to remember your session and preferences while you use the app.

Because these are strictly necessary to provide the Service you have asked for, they do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Third-party imagery

When you use the Solar Studio, satellite map tiles are loaded from Mapbox. Mapbox may set its own cookies or receive request data in order to serve the map; see Mapbox’s own privacy terms.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in. For how we handle personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
